Cancellation Policy

By completing a booking with Honeycomb Studios, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before reserving your spot. Our full Terms & Conditions are available on our home page. BOOKING & REGISTRATION Classes may be booked up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. Spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking in advance to secure your place. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be submitted at least 1 hour before the scheduled class time. No refunds are issued for late cancellations, missed classes, or no-shows, regardless of circumstance. There are no additional fees charged for no-shows. However, your booking will be considered forfeited. ONLINE CLASS REQUIREMENTS Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and functioning video and audio equipment prior to class. Technical difficulties on the client's end - including connectivity issues or device malfunctions - do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling. EQUIPMENT Clients are responsible for providing their own mat and any other equipment required for class. A recommended equipment list will be provided at the time of booking. Please come prepared and ready to move.
